Oriental Hearth Rugs
Our Oriental Hearth Rugs are a great way to accent your hearth while providing an extra level of safety for your home. Hearth Rugs are used to place in front of a wood stove or a fireplace to protect the floor from burning. The flame resistant 100% mothproof wool pile prevents heat transfer to the floor, stopping flames from spreading when a hot ember falls on the rug.
The Oriental Hearth Rugs are further ZIRPRO treated which increases the rugs flame resistance. ZIRPRO is chemical process using zirconium salts to enhance the natural flame resistance of wool.
Our Hearth rugs are available in three colors, Blue, Burgundy and Beige, and they measure 56" x 25". The rugs are also available in either a rectangle or a half-round shape. The oriental pattern offers a classic Persian design that will fit most any decor.
Note: Hearth Rugs can be washed and cleaned. Make sure to follow the manufacturer's instructions for washing and drying. The Hearth Rugs should not be used for coal stoves. Coal stoves require solid non combustible floor and ember protection.
