How do I determine the correct liner size for my chimney?
To choose the right size, you must match the diameter of the exhaust outlet on your heating appliance. For wood stoves, this is typically 6 inches. For masonry fireplaces, the liner size is calculated based on the fireplace opening dimensions.
What is the difference between 304L and 316L stainless steel liners?
304L grade is designed for venting wood-burning appliances. 316L is a higher-grade alloy that is required for coal, oil, and corn-burning appliances due to its increased resistance to corrosion from acidic condensation.
Do your chimney liner kits come with a warranty?
Yes, our Rockford Excellence and smooth wall liners come with a Lifetime Transferable Warranty, provided they are installed according to the manufacturer's instructions and maintained with annual cleanings.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
Most in-stock items, including standard liner kits, ship within 1 to 2 business days. Custom-fabricated components or heavy items requiring LTL freight may take an additional 3 to 5 business days to process.
What is your return policy for chimney components?
We accept returns on unused, standard-sized items within 30 days of purchase. Please note that custom-made items, such as custom chimney caps or specially cut liner lengths, are non-refundable.

While many homeowners with DIY experience successfully install our kits, we recommend consulting with a certified professional to ensure compliance with local building codes and safety standards.
